You will live and be part of the family, sharing daily meals and conversation and chat together. This type of accomodation includes full board: a breakfast, a packed lunch and an evening meal with the family.Please note: this accommodation is NOT available to students on our 1 Year Academic Programme.        Here is a sample of some of the families we have available :        families with young children families with teenage children family homes with no children retired couples single-parent families young married couples        View Adult English Courses Accommodation information               International Hostel:        We are one of a few schools in Dublin to be able to offer students “International Residential Accommodation” and it is proving to be one of our most popular short and long-term accommodation options. Students are accommodated in rooms of 2, 3, 4 beds. All overnight stays include a light breakfast. B&B = €130 per week (light breakfast) Extra night €20 The residence is located in Dun Laoghaire and is only a short walk from the school. The advantage of this type of accommodation is that students can, in an enjoyable and social way, apply the English skills that they have learnt in class. Optional weekly afternoon and evening activities are organised. An on-site Accommodation Manager is present 24 hours a day to ensure the smooth running of the residence. This is also the most cost-effective option for many students. Please feel free to contact Marina House directly for further information (www.marinahouse.com ) Shared Apartment Accommodation: We can offer students the opportunity to stay in shared residences and apartments and have 2 options: Martello Residence This building is available all year and we have twin and single rooms. You will be less than 10 minutes walk from the school and the building it directly on the sea front and many of the rooms have stunning sea views over Dublin bay. You will be sharing a bathroom and kitchen with other students . The accommodation includes all bed linen will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Price: Twin room € 140 per person per week sharing + € 30 placement fee Single room € 155 per person per week sharing + € 30 placement fee City Centre Residence (NCI) This building is available from the 21st May to the 21st August and is located directly in Dublin city centre, 10 minutes walk from the main tourist and shopping areas. They are also a 3 minute walk from the DART station meaning that you will also only be a 20 minute journey from Dun Laoghaire. The luxury apartments all contain 4 to 6 single rooms (all with private shower and toilet). Each apartment has a common room and shared kithcen will all modern applicances. You will be sharing the apartment with other students from the school. The accommodation includes all bed linen will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Price: Single room € 200 per person per week sharing + € 30 placement fee Please note that this is very popular, particularly in the Summer months so early booking is advised. Please also note that we cannot guarantee a place unless a deposit payment has been received for the accommodation               Residential:        During the Summer months we offer residential accommodation to our JUNIOR students. These courses take place in one of the most prestigious colleges in Ireland with acres of grounds surrounding the campus.        This type of accommodation often suits younger students as there is 24 hour supervision.
